Do

  • Clearly explain why data is absent.
  • Provide actionable steps for users to take, such as “Try adjusting your filters or search terms.
  • Use a friendly, empathetic tone to reassure users, for example: “No results found. Try different keywords to find what you’re looking for.

Don't

  • Overload users with unnecessary details that don’t help them understand or resolve the situation.
  • Present vague messages like “No Data” without any explanation or guidance.
  • Include irrelevant illustrations or elements that do not aid the user in comprehending or resolving the issue.
